Melissa D. Fisher is the Branch Manager of M&T Bank's Bloomsburg office. Fisher manages the retail staff providing service to M&T's consumer and business customers. She has an extensive sales and marketing background of more than 15 years. Fisher is a 2006 Graduate of Baker College Online with a BA in Administration and Management with a minor in Marketing and a 1985 graduate of Berwick High School She is actively involved in the local community as a member of the United Way of Columbia County Board of Directors, member of the Summerhill Fire Company, and Administrator for Briar Creek Township Planning Commission. She resides in Berwick with her husband, Craig Fisher, and daughter Rachel.
