Our Mission Statement is "to increase the organized capacity of people to care for one another."

For almost 50 years our volunteers have been:

• looking into human service needs of Columbia County residents and seeking preventative solutions
• developing community resources - the money, manpower, & materials -to serve the needs of our people
• allocating these resources where most needed
• keeping our friends and neighbors informed about how we are doing
